Stress Echo in the assessment of dyspnea - Diastolic parameters

Woman in her 60's with DOE out of proportion with CAD, DM, HTN. SAM with minimal obstruction identified on rest echo. Stress echo with diastolic parameters performed. In my interpretation no dynamic LVOT gradient but diastolic dysfunction and pumonary hypertension induced by exercise but not present at rest.
