68 Man with late presentation to the hospital after inferior wall MI (TnI 2.7, BNP 679 and Cr 2.7). Marked systolic murmur in LLSB. Diagnosed with VSD.
TEE done to better clarify anatomy/location of the lesion as requested by CT surgeon prior to operation.
