Degenerated AV Homograft

3-D TEE
43 M with h/o dysmorphic AV s/p Sx in his 30's with homograft presenting with minimal symptoms (e.g minimal DOE). MRA showed dilated aortic root 55 mm. BNP 200. TEE done showing degenerated valve and severe AR.
Degenerated homograft confirmed by surgery @ NWMH with concomitant aortic root repair.
